Pradaxa

This application allows physicians to access Pradaxa (dabigatran etexilate) prescribing information on stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation. It also includes interactive tools to calculate stroke risk by the CHA2DS2-VASc score, bleeding risk by the HAS-BLED score, and creatinine clearance by the Cockcroft-Gault equation. In addition, a flow diagram of anticoagulation management in atrial fibrillation from the 2012 ESC guideline is included for reference.
